Ymax Oration IRS Scam San Francisco California
I receive 2 phone calls, each left the same prerecorded message from "Miss Smith" that stated she was calling with the IRS and to call back before they took action. I called back and got a man with a thick accent. He asked what number I was calling about. When I told him, he disconnected the call. I called 5 times and he kept hanging up on me. Now I'm getting calls from strange numbers with no messages.
