I am Peter, from Slovakia. I have also become a victim of the financial scam of criminals from the "companies" Yokohama Mercantile Exchange and Solomon Layb. My story is exactly the same as described by Peter, Vincenzo, Marco, and others.
Briefly: I received a "cold call"; did some research on the web about the above mentioned "companies"; I found a lot of material about these "companies" on the internet; everything seemed to be O.K. so I opened my account(initially I invested 5K USD and in a second round 26K USD). During a month and a half I made appr. 7 round of trades(buys+sells) and at the end I saw on my account a suscpiciously huge "profit" 1,29 Million USD. During my "trading" I have spoken with 4 men(Helmut Olsen + Warren Brooks from Salamon Layb; a "lawyer" and a "complient officier" from Yokohoma Mercantile Exchange), and I have also spoken with a woman(the first call from a market research company(??) from Singapur; maybe she was authentic).
They seemed to be really professional, I spoke with them altogether 20-25 times, and they made only just a few mistakes(for example Helmut Olsen told me that he originated from Germany, but he can not speak with me in German language).
I have been suspicious about these companies for about 2 weeks, but I have not yet made any steps to investigate this matter further. Now that I see some steps being taken by others I will also follow up on the procedings of this matter, and do all I can to help the investigation succeed.
