Yolanda Cappa is a well known Internet Fraud who deals sick puppies and cats, over the Internet, steals pictures of other's dogs to portray as her own breeders, falsifies paper work and Vet certificates, has been sued numerous times, has appeared on the People's Court, and lost! Travels three states, New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey....on a Suspended Drivers License!
Is unlicensed to broker, and also calls herself a RESCUE, and is NOT licensed, but breeds her rescues!
No One Seems To Stop This Evil Person, Who Believes She Is Above The Law!

Intimidates those who has fought for what is right!

She massed e-mailed a slanderous letter out all over the world, using a variation of my good name, and is facing Civil Liable Charges.

She continues to use new names to harass, myself and others. She has an Illegal Hacking Program, and so many have been hurt! She moved from Long Island, but still uses her Mother's address, Child Authorities were on her as well as the USDA.

She moved to Noxen Pennsylvania and continues to practice her on-line business of deceit.

Child Authorities should also check on those 2 children, living in such filth and life of crime.
