I sent this person $80.00 for merchandise I never received. After many messages and emails which I still have, she replied stating I would be refunded. To this date still no refund.
She stated I could get a chargeback and when that failed I was told to send her proof from my bank. I sent the letter certified as we discussed and guess what? She never picked the letter up from the post office even after I emailed stating a certified letter was on the way to her. I also have the certified letter I sent to her back in my possesion since it was unclaimed.
Whenever I call the messages are not returned and now the emails are unanswered. You'd swear it was $80,000 instead of $80.00.
All in all this is just a warning to stay clear of this unscrupulous individual who tends to blame things on an "assistant" who I believe is non existent.
After an internet search I found her listed under BMWDIME, BMWDIVA, FICO SCRUB INC. AND DIVA PALACE INC. so buyer beware.

Samone70 did recieve a refund which was well over 7 years ago. The refund was given. However it was weeks later through our credit card company. Which was not our fault of the refund mishap. Samone70 never followed up here on RIPOFF to correct her complaint after the refund was given. This statement is not true about DIVA PALACE INC which is no longer in business. If there is only one potential customer of many we serviced online why is he or she the only one who filed a complaint. I am responding now because a search was done today. Didn't know this was out in cyber space which is false informtion.
