On Dec. 5th 2003 my wife Yolanda has abandoned her place of residence and our marriage.
It should be stated that during this marriage there seemed to be no martial problems and everything seemed to getting along fine, and please allow me to state that never ever was there any type of abuse in this marriage.
However during the month of Sept 2003 she had told me while she lived in the Philippines she was diagnosed with cervical cancer, (she never told me this prior to our marriage) I immediately took her to an ob-gyn and he performed surgery.
During the month of October it was brought to my attention that my wife Yolanda Celetti had lied on all the applications to get her in the United States to Wit: she has children Nathlie Carpuz, Hendrix Carpuz, Husband Henery Carpuz, and never told me, I concurred this by looking at phone #'s that she had called and I called them and they told me they were her children.
It should also be known that it has come to my attention that Yolanda was married in the Philippines and never divorced. Her marriage record is recorded in a Catholic Church in the province of either Luzon or Quzon I cant remember which. Based on what has come to my knowledge and known to be fact I believe that this marriage was entered into fraudently and with the basis and purpose to deceive BCIS as well as me to procure a green card, and benefits of America. As an American citizen I request that Yolanda Celetti be detained,& removed from the United States as pursent to INA 212, INA 235, INA 271, INA 272, INA 273, INA 274, INA 274A, INA 274C, INA 275, INA 277, and INA 278.
I firmly believe the intent to marry was merely deception to receive benefits and employment in the United States.
AS of this day I suspect a location where she may be 710 High street Hillsboro Ohio, or Starksboro, Vermont phone # 802.453.3957 or PO box 275 Vergennes Vermont. Or possibly with her Sister at 3209 Misy Oaks Way , Round Rock Texas
She was working at Double D wholesale 1509 N Wood avenue Florence Alabama, the same day she abandoned me she also quit her job since then I found out her x boss was or still is Harboring her somewhere Possibly at the Ohio address.
I John entered into this marriage with every intent of good faith, a serious marriage, not a marriage that was fraudulent, I wanted Yolanda to live so much Love so much that when she was getting her surgery I even told the Doctor that if she needed blood , a lung, marrow anything to take mine just make sure she lives and don't worry bout me. I wanted the last words on my breath when it is my turn to die to be I love you Yolanda.
Based on the above:
I hereby request any and all applications, interviews, Adjustment of status, removal of conditions, pending and or soon to be pending be withdrawn and revoked. This marriage was not entered into with good intent but basic bold faced Fraud and deceit.
Something else I forgot to mention, which may or may not have any significance. We were signing papers to have the Mortgage refinanced so we could take a trip to the Phillipinnes in March 2004.
And she stated that her brothers would try to kidnap or kill me because there in some peoples Army that fights against America.
I don't believe her though cause she never spoke like that before, she also stated if she could ger her passport renewed she would join them. I really don't know why she would talk like that but you never know she didn't get her legally so I don't know what her intentions are or aren't. Let it also be known that as soon as I can afford a Divorce I will be getting one.
12/31/2003 I have other information that may be of interest to you, such as this may be a ring of Aliens, I have found out that Yolanda sister works for a government contractor in Texas that has access to Immigrant Documents, her sister is NOT an American Citizen, but Canadian, this being said I think you should look into it.

I sympathize with your situation and hope you have received some justice and closure to your situation.
Unfortunately, the U.S. has been bombarded with so many illegal immigrants who use fake social security numbers and marry to gain U.S. citizenship that our government can not keep up. But for our country's sake, we as citizens must see that OUR rights are protected. We as a country need to save ourselves instead of trying to save the world at this time.
I was born in Florence, AL, and I know the meaning of "southern hospitality." It is the good guys like you that too often get taken advantage of by foreigners seeking to take refuge in the United States.
I have lived in Florida since 2002. I have returned to Alabama feeling like I have returned from a war zone. I witnessed far too many crimes and violation of laws that it is really terrifying. Lack of law enforcement is causing the innocent, law abiding citizens to be imprisoned by the fear of criminals who have more rights than we do.
I have witnessed a person using two different social security numbers, and when I reported him to the Social Security fraud department, I was told, and I quote, "There is nothing illegal about using two different social security numbers." Excuse me? Can I have another one please???
The same guy who uses the two different social security numbers also bragged about marrying so that an immigrant could obtain U.S. citizenship, and was planning a future marriage for $10,000 to another woman who desired to live in the U.S. (Apparently older women in other countries will pay big money to move to the U.S. so that they can take advantage of our welfare, medicaid and housing assistance for senior citizens.)
I have yet to find a government office to take any action whatsoever to investigate. And did I mention that this same person is also a registered sex offender that travels at his leisure from state to state in violation of sex offender registration laws? He is making a mockery of the justice system, and it appears that he is not the only one.
Thanks to citizens like you and me that aren't afraid to step up and admit the injustices being committed against us and our country, we can increase public awareness, and thus (hopefully)put the pressure on law enforcement officials to stop this mockery of our laws.

same thing happened to one of my coworkers who is also one of my best friends but with a russian w***e. first you got lucky that she did not accuse you falsely of abuse or anything, persons like that do that, in the case of my friend, he was accused falsely, spent 6 months in jail and then when he was declared innocent, her wife already stole everything in the house while her a*s collecting welfare and she was living with her stupid boyfriend
The INS or BCIS whatever is a f up organization composed of idiots and maniacs which only function is to punish innocent husbands...they get grands of the government as well as the courts do when they have convictions for domestic violence, also the laws of the US are completely screwed, that is why everybody in the world hates us,,,
Personally my friend if someone did that to me, I would do like i read once in the newspaper about a guy with a case exactly like yours ,, this guy was accused too of sexual assault,,when he was freed he killed the woman who accused him and escaped to a country which has no extradition with the US ( i.e venezuela, bolivia, lebanon, etc ) then call up the BCIS or INS and tell him to shove up their laws up their asses,.,,while I make fun of them on a nice sunny beach ... I dont know what you are going thru but i can only imagine...
