Complaint Review: Yolo County CPS

 To whom this may concern, 5-14-2016 In 2006 I just had my third child she the abuse began and cps took all three of my baby. I did what they asked from me got my kids and closed my case. In 2009 the cops came in and seen my kids dad at my home with a restraining order needless to say the took my kids again. During this time that the kids were in cps care they were moved Four time. This in cludes once when they were taken two weeks later removed from that and placed with my daughter's old casa worker. Then my daughter was moved from there and placed with her father. At that time the boys and her were separated. My daughter and her lived with his parents, the same parents that were not aloud to see her the first go around with cps to keep her safe and away from the grandfather due to her reporting he was touching her. But they were good enough the second time round so she wouldn't be with me cause of domestic violence. The boy were the removed from casa worker because she had too much contact with me. The boys were then placed with a family in Sacramento that were hurting them. They came to my visit telling us what was going on and the did an emergency removal during our visit, that same day the cps work sat on the stand and told the judge the kids were with a nice family and they were adapting well. During my case I completed everything they asked of me and then some. I kept a safe clean home and I married. The kids were adopted out because they felt the father was still in Th pitcher and he had moved to Oklahoma and married and had a child be for our case was closed I married and happy things were going good tell my last court date they took my rights ordered the adoptive parents to stay in contact with my daughters dad and it was supposed to be an open adoption. When there said they were hoping for the adoption to go through before Christmas the judge sat there and said for this case to be done I will make sure that happens. The adoption ended up being a closed adoption and the boys never seen there sister again. The adopted mother said I over steped my boundaries cause I said I was going to try to get this case reopened. But when I tried there was no paperwork to the gas any where and yolo county child support still has me down for the legal parent and they still live with me. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it any kind of help you can give . thanks angelbaby
