York Photo Labs lost my film - memories of a lifetime gone forever. Hampton Park Maryland

I recently mailed a roll of film to York Photo Labs in Hampton Park, Maryland for processing. In the past, York Photo has been very quick in developing my film and posting my memories online for me to view and share with my friends and family. Since I mailed the film on Labor Day weekend I figured it may take awhile, but not this long. I emailed customer service since a phone number is unavailable to the public.

After four emailed communications between myself and an unknown in customer service a resolution has not been reached. They have refused to email me a phone number so I can speak to a customer service representative personally. They told me I needed to wait 10 business days for a refund (which I don't want - I want my pictures).

That communication was the most ridiculous, because it had been 10 business days.

Do not use York Photo if you want your memories developed and returned to you. A friend of mine has also lost her film with York Photo. Not once, but twice.

I have learned my lesson and will use a digital camera from now on and will upload my prints.
