York Ridge Home Decor Ordered bedding online - now the company has vanished! ripoff Dillsboro Indiana

After searching endlessly online for specific bedding (needed King size, I could only find Queen), I came across York Ridge Home Decor. I have purchased hundreds of items online and have never had any issues. From looking around the website everything looked legitimate - there were no red flags telling me I should not make a purchase with them.

On 4/28/06 I purchased the bedding which totaled about $150.00. As stated on the website it could take up to three weeks to receive my order. After that three week window I began emailing the company asking about the status of my order - six attempts in total dating from 5/26/06 to 6/12/06 - and never received a response. The toll free number on the website was an answering machine.

As of last week that toll free number is a busy signal and their website no longer exists. I'm extremely frustrated as there is no way to get in contact with them.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but so far that has not helped resolve matters. I have no idea what I can do to get this resolved. If anyone has had this issue and it has been resolved I would love to hear about it. Thanks.
