Ordered 3-items including a frying pan, lid and slicer for $19.99 each with a total order of $59.97 with an additional H/P (shipping) of $47.94. There is no justification for such a high shipping and handling cost. I suggest that anyone ordering this promo get full disclosure of the shipping and handling costs and get clarification of the total H/P cost before authorizing a purchase.

The way I understand it, the cost is $19.99 FOR ALL THREE ITEMS: the pan, the lid and the mandolin slicer, together as a three-item set.  It is not $19.99 for each item.  And yes, the shipping and handling fee is quite high, $15.98, but it's not $15.98 for EACH item.  It's $15.98 for the three-item set.

This ripoff report was written by someone who mistakenly thought the price was $19.99 for each of the three items.  Clearly what was ordered was three 3-item sets (with three separate S&H fees charged).

Is this a rip-off?  I'm not sure.  I think $15.98 is too much for S&H, and if a customer orders three sets, there surely should be a large discount on the S&H charges for the second and third set.  So yes, I think this customer was ripped off.  Just not quite in the way it was described.
