Their CEO (Bridget) is a real nut.

After signing up with them, and sending a lot of money and time (engineeting resoruces) integrating their product into ours -- and paying them a fortune -- she all of a sudden (a few weeks later) decided she would start "doing research" on us.

She started sending emails to all our listed advisors (on our website).

She began bad-mouthing us, actually arguing with them about our credibility.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.

Their CEO is a nut. After signing up with her -- and paying her for services -- she will actually start harassing you and your company.

In my 30 years of running companies, I have NEVER once expreinced a vendor like this -- that you are paying good money to -- go bananas like this and become a problem.

Avoid her like the plague. They offer a very simple product that you can get from a number of other reputatble companies as well as build yourself in a week.

I am a very happy customer of YouCanBookMe and have met the CEO in question at conferences over the years so was a bit astonished to discover this as it seems to bear no relation to what I have experienced as a customer or indeed as a person. Empowr, Fanbox whatever it is called lately is clearly a company with a terrible reputation as witnessed by the reports on this site as well as the comments on their Facebook pages and elsewhere. 

The original complainant, Mike Pousti seems a bit hard to track down, he has 3 LinkedIn profiles for example. https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/index/?keywords=mike%20pousti&origin=TYPEAHEAD_ESCAPE_HATCH 

He is either a TERRIBLE businessman, or this complaint is malicious.

He claims...

He then claims...

"They offer a very simple product that you can get from a number of other reputatble companies as well as build yourself in a week."

Why would any rational person spend a fortune on something that they could build on their own in a week?

After a period of due diligence looking into the product and services offered by empowr.com (not least the 16 negative reviews on this very site https://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/empowr) we became concerned about the business model empowr currently follows.

We reached out to the team of advisors at empowr detailing our concerns about the business practices.

Suffice to say, we have not been satisfied with any responses, and have subsequently removed empowr from using our services as we believe they are in breach of our stated terms and conditions: https://youcanbook.me/terms/

The writer of the report that has been filed against me is Mike Pousti, who is the CEO of empowr (previously known as fanbox)
