Youcansave.com Inc ripoff consumer fraud Hayward California
My wife bought a "flat hose" from them. It was a piece of junk, nothing like the depiction on the TV ad. Among other things, Youcansavecom, Inc.'s website says the hose is "guaranteed not to kink. It took over five minutes even to get water through it, as it does nothing but kink.
The day the hose arrived, we tried to contact the company to return it. We were directed to send an email, which we did. We never heard from an actual person. The email came over a week after our inquiry and listed numerous steps that had to be taken to return the hose. These were clearly calculated to make it impossible to return.
So we just had to eat the loss.
