Complaint Review: Youkiko

Youkiko Youkiko.com Youkiko UK Limited Charged me $279.80 for motorcycle helmets 6 months ago and never delivered nor answered any of my e-mails demanding a refund. London

On January 14, 2020, I saw an ad for a new electronic motorcycle helmet that had a rear facing camera and heads up display.  The company advertised on a website, which I presumed was legitimate and the price decreased the more helmets you ordered. So I ordered 3 helmets.  One for me and the other 2 as gifts.  I got an e-mail confirming the order with a picture of the helmets.  (See below).

I didn't receive the helmets and after 6 months of waiting I contacted them on 6/6/20 at their e-mail address, service@youkiko.com.  The e-mail was ignored.  I sent 3 more e-mails on 6/8/20 and 6/9/20 which were likewise ignored.  I went through their website and found no phone # to contact them. Only an address for their parent company in their privacy policy which I listed herein. 





I believe this company is a fraud and they are ripping people off with their marketing strategies and website.  I would not order anything from them.  They are now selling Covid 19 n95 maskes on their website probably not delivering them to the customers.  So they are cynically taking advantage of the virus pandemic now to rip people off and possible cost them their lives like they did to me with the failure to deliver or refund my $279 for the motorcycle helmets.
