This company handled my rebate for a cell phone I purchased online at Amazon.com. The rebate was supposed to reimburse me for $500. I sent in the rebate form and got a letter back saying that my cell phone account wasn't active so they wouldn't be able to process my request. After calling them and discussing the issue they told me to send in another request and they would process it and send me my money. I filled out the form and submitted it. I just got the form back today saying that the offer has expired. This offer wasn't due to expire until 5 days after I had sent in the request.
