hello this is Lorenzo and Delia. We have sent all required information for the 2 rebates for purchasing the 2 phones and we got a 2 post cards stating that they are missing the IMEI labels which is incorrect. I spoke to the manager at the processing center in 717 faxon at young america Cindy employee # 1535 and she states that her scanning device did not provide a legible picture and that we needed to resend the info. I file a complaint against them to the BBB and I hope that you could help us get the rebates. I hope to get this resolved soon. Thank you.
