Complaint Review: Young Living Essential Oils LC

young living has the worst customer service ever i tried for hours to get this fixed with no luck 

• young living started charging my credit card odd amounts on random dates
• young living sent the wrong products
• then sent too many of another product 
• then wanted me to pay shipping on all of the stuff sent incorrectly ( but i can only use there shipping labels with cost 3 times the normal rate)
• scammed me out of $400 dollars 

all i want is the unused young living stuff out of my house and my refund 

with some many people upset this might be time for a class action
