1. HE HAS A BAD CONDUCT DISCHARGE FROM THE NAVY FOR GOING ABSENT WITH OUT LEAVE (AWOL ) FOR A VERY LONG TIME - 12-7-83
2. HE HAS TWO DOMISTIC BATTERY EVENTS: 6-19-99 ctc9918751 and 1-9-05 ctc0500709 mmano ( he attempted to lie about these in a legal depositon held in BASTROP TX and was caught lying)
3. Had a protective order placed against him in Bastrop County Tx for throwing a disabled vet from a wheel chair- 5-17-11 case 11-14480
4. Stole my girl friends credit card and charged $250 twice for a f250 truck payment to L&M towing in Orlando Fl now Universal Towing in Orlando. Charged on his overdue Verizon Wireless account. All of this was reported to Orlando Police and to the government's FTC ID Theft site. 42150929
****5. HE AS LEFT MESSAGES SUCH AS "YOU "n" LOVING W***E...." and all recording have been given to Bastrop County, Tx. Court system. If I knew how to up load these I would.
An arrest Warrant has been issued for this man May 1, 2013 in Bastrop Tx.
We will never deal with this man again. He took money for simple work and left the area for Winter Haven Fl. I guess he beleives he is safe because he has changed his CDL to Fl. from Tx.

i have read may negative reports of this man and have had the "special" pleasure of meeting him He most definately has a bad conduct discharge from the Navy so I wonder why he thinks he is a hero. If people say he is, it is because he is such a good lier I believed his stories when I first met him at a RV park in Houston. Stories like how his sister burned up in a fire and that is why he sleeps in his truck, how his sister is under witness protection (he forgot he had already said she burnrd in a fire) how he was told in Nam he could fly or walk and he wanted to fly so he was a gunner I(he never went to NAM -he chose to run away for almost a year and be counted as AWOL - Roy Beam - a real NAM gunner heard him talking at the VA and called him on it) So many more odd stories I would fill up a book This man never worked hard for anything his entire life as far as I know. He stole from several good friends of mine and then fled when he realized he was going to jail i guess he changed his CDL to FL before the arrest warrant was issued against him I heard he was fired from DART trucking by my buddy who runs the dispatch in Houston Tx for not communicating with the company (this occured during the time he was fleeing from Houstin to Flordia) My buddy from DART said someone called the company requesting his work information and told him that the guy beat up a woman vet and robbed her blind. This woman lives in fear of her life I have heard from my buddy at DART that the company was so fed up with him they forwarded all his stuff without a court order!!!!!!
Yep he is definatley not a honorable man or a hero. I towed the truck he drove to TX from Flordia and it broke apart due to being completely rusted out Then i heard in yard that he didn't even own the truck or have permission to drive it out of Fl
