your american standard onlline american standard homes ripped me off 199.00 said we would be gauranteed a home we wrote amd mailed there letters about 40 38 came back i do research on forclosed homes i looked up the addresses they gave and they were a ventura, California
would like my $199.00 refunded which they said they would do if we were not satified we did every thing and more on our part. I do research on forclosed homes for a living me and my wife even drove by atleast 20 of the houses on the list which were all abandond the list which still to this day almost a year later still the same forclosed houses on the list we mailed 40 of the letters 38 we recieved back they said we would be buying the house from the owners to save them from forclosure they should not be allowed to give a list and charge people money when they know nothing will come of it
