Your Best Applications (yourbestapplications. com baku) blocked my internet with warning of computer viruses and spyware on detected on my computer. I had other virus protection that did not detect these viruses. My internet was locked on the site until I agreed to purchase the software. The price was $99.00 and I could not even get to my bank account to assure I had the funds. I felt I had no choice but to comply. My bank says they cannot do anything until the pending charge is posted.
The company did send confirmation of the transaction and I was able to send and email requesting a refund. I have not yet received a reply and as it is a weekend, I will wait to the next business day. However, the fact that the site locked down my computer and forced me to purchase software I could have purchased at another source is my main cause for complaint. I had no way of confirming the malware actually existed on my computer.

my computer started saying that i had all these virus and trojans and unless i purchased a upgrade internet security i was going to lose my computer.my internet was locked in this sight until i was forced to purchase . though i thought i was purchasing microsoft security protection for only 59.99 the charge on my bank account was 80.54.
