Complaint Review: Your Billing Solutions Inc. - OAN Services Inc.

Letter to Windstream:
I switched my phone and internet provider from Windstream to comcast and vonage because my phone bill costs were unacceptable. One reason they were was because you allowed charges like YBS VM MOFEE to be charged without any authorization. The main reason I caught it was because we had cancelled service and your still billing on their behalf! With monies being tight right now, you should do everything within your power to keep customers bills reasonable or you will continue to lose customers. I am checking into any possible class action lawsuits with OAN Services Inc. and Your Billing Solutions Inc. since it seems there are many others with the same problem. I hope the government will punish the parties responsible and bring new legislation that will stop this scam forwarded by the phone companies!
