Your Inspection Pros - Parrish Kunkel Mr. Parrish provided an inaccurate pre purchase home inspection West Jordan Utah
I contracted with Mr. Parrish Kunkel at Your Inspection Pros to perform a pre-purchase home inspections. Not only did Mr. Parrish provide an inaccurate report but he also took the liberty of discussing the results of his report with a third party that had no right to discuss the findings of this report. Due to his incompetency and decision to discuss the results of this inspection with a third party I have now incurred additional financial hardships. I have requested a refund in which Mr Parrish refuses to pay. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be pursuing the methods to have his license revoked or suspended. Mr. Kunkel is an incompetent crook that does not provide the services he claims to.

The complaint against Your Inspection Pros is completely erroneous and false. The gentleman who wrote this received a complete and 100% accurate report. He flat out lied about ANY inaccuracies. I will forward the complete report to this website and challenge the complainant to site the inaccurate statement he claims. The complainant is lying about Your Inspection Pros discussing the report with a 3rd party. The 3rd party called Your Inspection Pros to state that repairs that were in the report were corrected. Parrish or Your Inspection Pros did not discuss the report with the 3rd party at all. If the complainant can site ANY inaccuracies in the report a full refund will be given. He has not reached out to Your Inspection Pros privately with areas he feels are inaccurate. These accusations specifically referring to Parrish as a crook is libel. Parrish or Your Inspection Pros may seek legal recourse against this complainant if he does not stop these false accusations and lies.
