On August 18,2015 I called to have the lock changed at our business. The gentleman showed up and installed the new lock, no problem. On monday August 24, 2015 we tried to unlock the door and the cylinder just kept turning. I called the office first thing in the morning, i was then contacted by the technician that could not come out because he was out of town. I called the office again to request another technician to come out, i was told someone would call me. All these phone calls were done prior to our business closing time. I finally receive a call and i'm told that i'm going to get charged a service fee, an emergency fee and 10% off. I explained to the lady that i shouldn't have to pay a service fee because it hasn't been a week that i had the lock installed, she said the lock is under warranty but that the service fee is standard. I explained to her that i shouldn't have to pay any of these fees because it was only a week that i had it done and the emergency charge shouldn't be charged because i have been calling all morning. I refused for them to come and repair the lock and went to another company. I will never use them again. Bad Service, just want to make money anyway they can.
