God awful people! I worked for his company maybe for 4 weeks. My first day I was still looking for other jobs. The pay was s**t. People were s**t, lazy and jealous backstabbers. The owner Chris Patterson is scum of the earth getting rich of his little scam. Worst part is his friend is starting up the same business! Great!

I was getting money from people that already paid of accounts and didn't know it, I told it was okay, they were just "dumb". I got in "trouble" per se for telling a lawyer the truth about a boogus contract. If any customer at all mentioned BBB or any attorneys we cancelled their accounts on the spot, but other ones who didn't mention it had to pay out of pocket fees. This place is a rip off. Do not give them any credit card information, or even better don't answer their calls. Go to the BBB.

If you are not on the National DNC list, their telemarkters will call you. Telling you they are from your magazine publisher. So if you have an account with another REAL company you are thinking they are calling from them, but they are not. They throw you some stupid magazine deal for example 10 mags for 3.49. You think its a good deal so you give them you cc information. You are never charged for 3.49. You are now getting billed a package amount of 49.90 for 18 months and there is no way out of it.

That's where I came in. You will never speak to that telemarkter ever again. You are now speaking with the customer service department (me). If you want to cancel the account without obligation, it has to be in writting and send back in within 5 business days of the sale. By this time most people don't know they have been charged a month later when they recevie their statement. What is funny is you most likely will not receive the contract until after the 5 days. That is where they get you. Since it is past the cancellation period you are obligated to pay a cancelation fee or continue to pay the 49.90 for 18 months. A lot of times we did receive the contract stated in the system and we had to ignore it and say we never did. Most elderly people do not have money so they want to cancel. If you are ever caught in this situation contact the BBB or attorney general. They always say it was in the contract, but you never signed a contract to be billed.

My last day I was so pissed at this place I was canceling accounts without any hassle. I walked out and said maybe I'll be back tomorrow. I left out that door and never looked back. I was disgusted that I even stayed that long. I have a very soild work history and couldn't even wonder why I worked for them. I now have learned to stay away from shady places, shady people. This is not the way to run a business, yelling at customers all day was not my thing. You make real money that you are proud of when you make people happy. That is wat rea customer service is.
