Mr Shorts, who promotes himself as a real estate investor and student of Than Merrill and the Fortune Builder’s team on the highly successful A & E television series, “Flip This House", signed a contract to purchase my home for $564,000. He no showed on the first closing date, breaching the contract. Mr. Shorts then pledged to increase the earnest money from $6k to $26k and refused to fund the earnest money escrow.
Keith did not show up at the second closing date.
Mr Shorts waltzes throught the community making delusional promises to homeowners and investors with out the knowledge or capacity to keep his agreements.
