I received a letter in the mail indicating get me a fresh start on mortgage and take care of the past due payments by putting all the past due payments on the back of the loan, 2) take all the back payments and divide them out over the remainder of the mortgage 3) simple repayment plan spread out over 6-18 months. After talking to Wells Fargo none of payment I sent to Duane Hatchett of Your Mortgage Solutions he never paid them to my  Wells Fargo loan. He informed me that he was working with a representative at Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo has no records where the payments were applied. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Mr. Hatchett came to my house and showed me some records with dates where he supposedly talked to a representative and told me that let him do the work without me getting involved. He also had a letter prepared that he had written and saying that Your Mortgage Solution is a reputable company. I signed the letter and I guess he sent to BBB like the problem was resolved. He was being deceitful then. I sent him a demand letter asking for my money back and said I need to talk to his attorney. He's riding in the biggest Mercedes with some of my money and no telling who else. He has no intentions of paying my money to the mortgage company or me. Please help me.

     Mr. Andrews contacted Your Mortgage Solutions in November of 2010 because he had a pending sale date of December of 2010, He contracted services to assist with the stopping of the sale of his home that was imminent. Mr. Andrews foreclosure was stopped not only one time....but 3 times, including when his phone was turned off and he was declined for no contact and put back into foreclosure some months later, and we again intervened to have his sale stopped. Mr. Andrews has also filed 4 complaints with the BBB concerning this issue and they have also refused to accept his complaint due to no facts, credibility, the fact that we provided proof of service that he signed and more importantly that he files every year when he falls back in foreclosure. He is still in his home 2 years later, that very fact suggest that something was done or the home would have been foreclosed and he wouldn't be there. I have personally met with Mr. Andrews and showed him irrefutable, documented evidence of the work we have done on his behalf, he has saw this, signed it and then asked that i reopen his fill and contact his mortgage company again to get him another option ( Which I did and can be verified again), yet he still tries to disparage the name of Your Mortgage Solutions. We have helped over 10k consumers in the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth/Bexar counties in the last 9 years, and we have only 4 complaints in that span of 9 yrs. We are reputable and hide from nothing  because we do good business as many consumers that have been helped by us can attest to this, every customer that does business with company is covered by a guarantee in writing that the foreclosure will be stopped and that they can verify that it has been stopped by calling their mortgage company and the attorney that were hired by the mortgage company to foreclose on that date. That prevents such customers/clients from potentially saying that no services were rendered. So all information is documented to prevent such issues.


     Mr Andrews seems to be very bitter and looking for a scapegoat. We will not be that for him. We will also seek legal recourse for these demeaning, unfounded remarks that affect business. Consumers want to know that they are being helped and when someone has personal issues against a business spanning 2 to 3 years and still blaming them, there is an issue. I have all documentation to back up any and everything that i have stated and will expedite information to whomever, to further validate what we have done in good faith for this consumer
