Complaint Review: ILD TELESERVICES/YOUR PRODUCT BILL

upon checking my at&t bill for august,i noticed a charge for voice mail service set fee,from your product bill....i called ILD teleservices(number listed on phone bill) and advised them i did not authorize voice mail activation with your product bill....they gave me the number for product bill,i called them,and they said my wife had authorized the service.....i am the only one with the access code to make changes to our phone service.....product bill advised me i should see a credit in two months....

this is not the first time a company has tried bill me for something i didn't order for telephone service....it pays to check you statements every month
