I have noticed that there are many complaints here that fit my situation EXACTLY in regards to the company YOUR SAVINGS CLUB. I have been calling and disputing the charge to my credit card with my credit card company for a year now. I have never knowingly authorized this company to charge anything to any of my accounts. Especially $1 a month. Extremely irritating!

It was explained to me when I called my credit card company yet again today to request the charge be reversed, that this is the process to get any authorized payment OFF YOUR STATEMENT. Through your bank or credit card company, you need to file a dispute. I know, it's a huge pain, but it's really the only way to get companies like this to STOP.

You basically just send in a hand written complaint about the situation and file it. Apparently the company is then charged a large amount for the dispute(50-300, depending on how many have been filed), on top of reversing the charge. Eventually, the amount that they are paying for the recurring disputes for the charges, it will be in their best interest to stop the attempt to collect the fee.

I am in the process of trying this. It's definitely worth a shot. I'm not about to grow old spending $1 a month to a company with ethics such as these.
