Complaint Review: Your Wish Store.

Your Wish Store. Incredibly slow, 10 days and product still not ready to ship. Poor customer service. No way to question the process Internet

I saw a sewing impliment on a Facebook Ad and it was reasonably priced so I ordered them. It was ordered on Jan 2, 2017. I know it was stated that it would take a couple of weeks and the promised date was rather far off but I thought maybe it wouldn't take that long. Most of the things I have ordered via internet have arrived ahead of the delivery date. I have checked the tracking everyday and it has been 10 days and so far the order hasn't even been addressed as yet. It is still in the "ordered" status!! Incredibly slow and I am beginning to wonder if I have been ripped off. I paid via Paypal so I should be able to get a refund but I really need these tools. I will give them until the beginning of next week and then I will cancel my order and report it to Paypal. I can get the tools else where and I will never use this company again!
