Mr. Sandro might not be a customer of your but I was my company's name was The love element my company has been with you since 10/7/2010. I paid your company allot of money including that upgrade in which I was told by Tony Bruno your then Marketing director in which I will supply you with the email that I have from him that I would be allowed FTP access. I keep very detailed records of all email that I send and receive. 

I also promised search engine optimization which according to the SEO auditor I had look at the site your site is not even proper built to support such things. I can supply you with testimony from companies in which i outsourced for SEO and your company promised this with the upgrade however you did not deliver. I have email your customer service department on several occasions to inquire about this and They seem to be very rude and unprofessional. 

The website does not even support content on the pages which is critical to any SEO campaign. Today I emailed customer service and asked for the FTP access I was promised by mr. Bruno and they shut my website down no reason. No email no explanation at all.  You should know that I have contacted a few other of your companies people that they have ripped off and I am pursuing a lawsuit. I had my lawyer read over the contract when i first signed it and I know I am subject to AZ law and so I have contacted a law firm in your area and I have a meeting with them via phone on Monday. two or more people in  lawsuit makes it class action I already have 3 people willing to pursue this. Also since YOUR COMPANY LIED AND MISREPRESENTED THEMSELVES, THE SERVICES AND ETC AND shut down my website without any reason I have contacted my credit card company and disputed every charge I have ever made  with your company. 

Now  a real reputable company would contact me to make this right an offer what was promised by their employee but I am sure your company is not so I am just going to go forward with my original plan and consult with an attorney. Actually I know alot about computers and I know SEO companies that promise the world and between you and me don't deliver.

As for people paying lots of hiden money on a website, I wouldn't operate like that with my firm (you put everything on the table) no extras (but thats the way we operate).


I also recal telling you that you should at least address the other people's problem becuase I am sure if you had a problem like that (you would want it addressed)

There is no mention of the $1329.00 i had to pay..also notice where it says (markup from wholesale)not true you dont get wholesale, you have to pay another $1000.00 for that..

Also notice the growth and development department..That does not exist either..After refusing to pay over $6000.00 for there services they have not offered one bit of help, in fact they do not even returne calls or messages..they should call it the BEND OVER DEPARTMENT.

I have filed a report with the AZ/BBB and adriatic did not even respond in 30 days.. Why would a honest company not responde to the BBB

You will see Bob Klinghagen's rebutal's here on rippoffreport saying you have to market your website after each complaint,but he continues to ignore the fact that we are tired of the lies and deceptions..

As far as marketing go's i spend 2/4hrs a day working on my website and have spent 400.00 on one particular event only to find out that 90% of my inventory was out of stock..no warning nothing from the company,another 400.00 down the drain..besides the countless hours and $$ that i have put in without any help from this two bit company

I first and foremost want to call attention to the fact that Mr. Sandro, the author of this complaint is not even using his real name! What are you afraid of Mr. ----?

Mr. ---- went online On 6/27/2007 6:36:33 PM and visited google and did a search for "affiliate porn sites".

Apparantly, Mr. --- was interested in operating his own adult sex shop selling items such as dildos, vibrators, butt plugs and various other mature items. Apparantly, Sandro was interested in becoming a part of the online adult industry.

Mr. found an advertisement after submitting his search for affiliate porn sites. His ip address at the time that he completed the online form was ---.

Sandro --- chose not to participate in the program and that was fine with the company. However, months later we received an email from Sandro --- threatening us and accusing our company of being a scam.

Mr. Sandro -- IS NOT and NEVER WAS a customer of ours!!!!!

He drew his conclusions soley on the handful of complaints found on this website. I replied to his email professionally and politely. I will include the text of that email below:

As for your assumption that $49.99 is too expensive. You apparantly have no understanding what that covers. The hosting fee covers

Website hosting and maintenence
Dropshipping fees including order processing and customer service for you orders
Payment processing fees so your site can accept major credit cards
full technical support

A merchant account alone will cost you 20 dollar a month PLUS about 3% per order. Most dropshipping companies charge about $3 per order for them to ship your packages.

At $49.99, it is actually very innexpensive.

I think it is very irresponsible to make a judgement about an entire company based on one website where you saw some negative complaints. Especially considering that the website you found those complaints on is facing MANY MANY lawsuits. We have had thousands of clients and we have less than 10 complaints. That is hardly a number worth noting.

Please do your research prior to making a judgement.
