Yourauctionsale.com And Ken Campbell ripoff, paid for items and never recieved St Alberta Alberta Canada
I came in contact with yourauctionsale.com in early September through ebay. They were a registered member. I went to lodge my complaint on ebay only to find out they were no longer a registered user. In retrospect, I should have checked thier profile. Seventy-five people have filed negative feedback on these guys since July of 2004.
I won an auction for a cheap bracelet and bought direct on a power amp and have recieved nothing in return. I sent the money and have received nothing.
Now, they don't return my emails or phone calls.
Bottom Line, do not use these guys, they are a rip off.

I would love to know the status of everyones dealings with Ken. I too filed with the BBB and IC3(internet crimes http://www.ic3.gov/). I got a call around Feb that Ken was ill with cancer and not doing well. I paid for my item and want my money back as well. I ordered the item in Dec of last year but still have all of the emails. I would like some help.

Looks like they will not give out any email or phone numbers. I received an email for a guy in Canada who was also Ripped off by yourauctionsale.com (Ken Campbell) for $1,664.00.. He gave me a phone number of an officer you can contact Cst. Clayton Roe at the St. Albert detachment. You can try and get my email from our web site, it dot info not dot com. Turbopower in houston is the company. Look up Gear couplings Houston on Yahoo that will also pull up one of our sites. We all need to get on Ken, he's ripped off way too many people and he needs to be STOPPED.

As of today 7/2/2006, this future convict's website isn't working. Hopefully for good.
The PI I hired hasn't located him yet but I will update this page as soon as I hear from him. Hopefully he is already in jail.

First let me say that this is a wonderful website. I wish more people would check here before buying on line.
I have learned two things in regard as to what to do. I have spent days calling every Government web site and any/all authorities that will listen. Bottom Line, I will never buy from another country again, secondly you can report your theft through Intrapole (not sure of spelling). Your theft is most likely enough that they would issue a type of bench warrant that would affect him when he traveles internationally.
The other thing I am doing is buying a web page that will surf up with a very similar name so potential buyers will see it beneathe or close to his website.

Almost 2 months have passed and still I have no Power Amplifier bought, or Bracelet won, on this web site.
If you notice in his rebuttal, Mr Campbell clearly states that I bought an amp and a bracelet, so one wonders why he refuses to ship the property.
I don't know what they call that in Canada, but here in Texas its called Internet Fraud.
I am in the proces of filing with as many agencies as possible.
Anyone having knowledge of US or Canadian authorities that I should file with please email me.

I tend to be brief. Mr Campbell called me today after I sent him the link to this page.
In his rebuttal, the conversation we had surrounding the B-52 Speakers is a bit fabricated on his end, however, he has stated he will ship my amp and bracelet.
After a number of emails and phone calls, stating my demands and intentions as far as reporting to comsumer groups like this one, if it ends up with an amplifier and bracelet at my front door then so be it and all is well.
I'll update this file with the conclusion.

yes this person did buy a amp and braclet the items were mailed out to him and were returned to us as the package was damaged we spoke to him on the phone and he was told this.
he also order a set of b 52 speakers that have not been payed for we told him we could send out everything together braclet amp and speakers in one order when payment arrived we still have not recieved payment we also have over 1500 pos ratings on ebay and 19,000 on yahoo
all he had to do was let us know if he still wanted the speakers or not and we could have mailed out the amp again
