My computer froze and told me i had multiple viruses that needed to be removed immediately.
When i tried to exit out to go to the virus protection program already installed on my computer i was unable to do anything. I couldnt even shut down my computer.
When i decided to pay the 56 dollars for the software it told me i would recieve a conformation number so if i needed the program again in the future i wouldnt have to pay again.
I recieved no conformation number and can find no evidence of the software anywhere on my computer.
Now i have been charged and have no evidence that the software even cleared my computer of viruses and my bank cannot investigate the problem because there doesnt seem to be any proof.
