On September 21, 2022, I ordered a Water Resistant Oversized Hooded Windbreaker Rain Jacket  Tiffany Blue/ size XL. I received the order on October 12, 2022 and immediately tried it on.  Unfortunately it was way too small.  Based on the measurements and sizes on their sizing chart, I would be an XL (which is consistent with my other clothing.

On October 12th, I immediately emailed them to ask for an exchange (2 sizes larger) or a refund.  I received an email asking me to verify my order with a photograph of the scan code.  I responded with the picture on October 13th.  I received a response sent on the same day saying that the warehouse verified they sent the correct size – could I give it to someone?

The final offer was no address for return or exchange with a $4.00 refund offered which was less than 10% of what I paid (in Canadian Dollars)!!!

This is my warning - DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!
