ALL PROTECTION ALARM PERPERTATES FRAUD

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION of all readers and believers of this forum of a fraud that has been perpetrated by ALL PROTECTION ALARM of 14951 Big Bear Boulevard, in Big Bear Lake California, 92315 found at www.allprotectionalarm.com. This less than honest company that prides themselves in providing home protection and alarm services has been caught in a lie. YourCompanyListing.com North America's largest business to business database would like to warn their entire advertiser's network of unscrupulous and underhanded owners Kristen and Ryan Bedoe, of theft and libel. For those who are not familiar with the legal term Libel it means:

Criminal Law. A malicious defamation expressed either in printing or writing or by signs or pictures, tending to blacken the memory of one who is dead, with intent to provoke the living; or the reputation of one who is alive and to expose him to public hatred, contempt or ridicule. It has been defined perhaps with more precision to be a censorious or ridiculous writing, picture or sign, made with a malicious or mischievous intent.

These owners like to order products and services from companies and end up not paying them when they are presented an invoice for services rendered. I have proof of this: the proof comes in the form of audio recordings where an authorized agent of ALL PROTECTION ALARM Dianna Planz on 4 separate occasions orders our services and pays for them as well until Paul the owner who entered the contract (we have a signature from Paul) rejects the request for payment and in turn goes on a libelous rampage attempting to defame the company that provided them the service. Sounds like a scam to me!!! Like that's not enough, Ryan won't stop there, he in turn uses this forum to try to give him an upper hand by reporting unscrupulous and falsified information to sway opinion of inexperienced consumers. Ryan get yourself an attorney like all businesses do, incur the cost of running a legitimate operation as all businessmen who wish to resolve disputes with the help of the Rule of Law.

If you don't know what the precepts of the framers of the U.S Constitution had granted the people let us educate you. As a business your rights are clear and prescribed, please refrain from making a mockery of the court system that our forefathers gave up their lives for. I invite you engage yourself two attorneys (one that will defend your civil liberties as it pertains to your defamatory and libelous comments that are neither supported or factual and secondly a criminal attorney to help defend your case for theft of intellectual capital in the excess of $84,000 that were illegally obtained. Libel is serious criminal offense in the Province of Quebec Ryan, it is punishable for up to 14 years and stiff penalties and fines that could amount to over $250,000. Continuing this nonsense only helps us build a stronger case, we already know your IP Address and the methods employed, now we just have to sit around and wait to compound the damages incurred by your actions and when the time is ripe and right to file an injunction and criminal charges we will proceed to make sure we get everything that we are owed including the potential loss of business thanks to your remarks.
