YourGiftCards - NetBlue - YF Direct ripoff does not follow through with gift card offer California Internet

My story is like all the others. I clicked on the ad back on September 15, 2004. I fulfilled my offer requirement (I purchased an Entertainment discount book for $30.) Waited and waited for the offer status to change -- only after repeated emails did I get my certificate.

After printing out, signing, and sending back my certificate the day I received it (November 1, 2001) my offer status never changed, and I never received my gift card. I chose the $50 Mac Cosmetics gift card.

I have emailed countless times and have never received anything but the ridiculous instant replies that all the other complaintants have already posted.

The company has admitted that they have received my certificate (I have an email stating such) but they refuse to send my gift card. I have fulfilled my end of the bargain, yet they do nothing to fulfill theirs.

I would gladly enter a class action suit. I am also filing mail fraud charges, and reporting the company to all their offer affiliates (kmart, blockbuster, red lobster, mac, etc ...) and I suggest that if you have been ripped off, you do the same. I will also contact the AG of California about this shameful business.
