About a year ago I went through the steps to receive a free $50 Sears gift card from Yourgiftcards.com in exchange for signing up for Columbia House DVD club.
Well, it took a lot of pesistent e-mails before they finally put the card in motion.

It took 8 weeks to get the card after 3 weeks of trying to get a response.

Nonetheless, I actually decided to go through with it again this year. I opted for the Entertainment book. I knew better than to wait too long for the "confirmation e-mail" so I started e-mailing right away. It took 10 days to get a response and this is what they said:
"We thank you for your interest in our program. Our records indicate that you received a gift card on 04.02.04. At this time, we must inform you that that there is a limit of 1 gift card per household. As such, we cannot fulfill anymore gift cards for this account. If you have any further questions or inquiries, you may write to us at..."

This is soooo BS!

First off, if you can't rcv a 2nd gift, it should be e-mailed once you enter your address. Secondly, they purposely wait to respond to your e-mails until you can't stop having the book shipped!

This company is so sneaky and smarmy! DO NOT EVER bother with them - it's just not worth it.

I have filed a report with BBB and returned my Entertainment book telling them why.
