Yourhomeidea.com and Okayseason.com Their product was defective and they would not refund my money
I purchased a jet sprayer, off of Facebook, and paid through my bank account at Paypal.
When the product arrived, the "coupler" connection, which was supposed to be 1/2 inch, did not fit. It is defective (too big).
I contacted the seller, okayseason.com and yourhomeidea.com, and they refused to refund my money. Matter of fact, they wanted to charge me $40 to return the product. The product, after shipping, was only $34.95.
They are at TOTAL FRAUD, a scam, fleecing unsuspecting buyers over the internet. They sell defective products and will not refund any money.
They MANY complaints, but since they are in China, they don't see to care.
A total FRAUD!
