This web site is formerly BMG Music Services.  When BMG closed I received solicitation to join.  Since I was w/ them for many years I signed up and gave them my credit card number.  But this site is very different from the BMG before.  They actually has a monthly subscription fees of $6.99 plus S&H.  However they did so w/o clear explanation and only mentioned that in fine print buried in their site.  And when I signed up their FAQ does not contain details of how the monthly charge was made.  What happened is that they advertised $6.99 CD w/o S&H.  You can order and put items in queue or cart.  But w/o looking real close, the user does not know the difference.  You can only avoid the $6.99+tax charge if you put at least one CD in your queue each month.  If you don't do so, your credit card will be charged regardless.  There is no credit or coupon codes so if any mistake or misunderstanding was made the user or unknowing subscriber can recover their money.  And the $7.43 monthly charge was small enough that you can overlook in your statement, or in my case mixed them up with what I should be charged for what I put in my cart.  So after many months of being charged $7.43 for nothing I finally woke up and figured out this is NOT BMG business model anymore.  Their email reminder merely said your queue is empty and never mentioned about the charge they will make if nothing is in the queue.  This is a confusing web site w/ questionable practice.  Stay away from it unless you know exactly how they work.
