YOURMUSIC.COM Online survey. Promised giftcard by completing.Company lied and account charged Ripoff Indianapolis Indiana
I bought my first computer and am , apparently, naive when it comes to the internet. I went on a survey where I was uaranteed a 500 dollar gift card if I answered at least 1 company survey off 3 pages (so 3 surveys total) and on my last one the company I am filing this about said they needed my credit card # to rn a $1.00 charge that they actually would not charge to my account. It was only to verify information about me. I gave the information... excited to get my gift card, and the computer read error after so I didn't even know if my information went thru. Later that day or the next... I was checking my email and saw a letter from the company and when I clicked on it I was unable to connect so I threw it out. Today I got a letter from the bank that says they not only charged me..remember they promised they wouldn't.. but they charged me $6.99!!! That overdrafted my account which only had$2.89 and I have a $33.00 fee plus the bank is adding $6.00 for everyday I don't pay. Ijust got hired to a full time job and am putting my 19 mnth old in Daycare for the first time... I won't get my first paycheckl for 2 weeks!!! Now what?
