I joined yourmusic.com and gave them all my info and credit card number. Then when I tried to log back in and add CDs to my queue, it told me to enable cookies. Well, my cookies are enabled.

Then, when I tried to use their customer service form to report my problem, it told me the link was outdated, page not found, and that I should contact customer service using the form!!!

I do not think that yourmusic.com is TRYING to cheat customers, but by not providing a phone number or email address for us to use when we have a problem, the end result is the same as if they were... they are charging my credit card each month and I am not getting any CDs!

I am writing a letter (yes, with paper and an envelope) and mailing it to their physical address. I urge everyone who is having this same problem to write also!!! I am including the ripoffreport web address in my letter so they can see that we are not computer illiterate morons who don't know how to enable our cookies, but that something is wrong with their website.

Customer Service Email Address Login2@yourmusic.com

Wow! I referenced the ripoffreport.com site in my letter and email of complaint to yourmusic.com and I got at least one thing taken care of that we can all use! Now, if you go to the yourmusic.com website and try to log in and fail, when you click the "contact us" link, it opens up a new message in your email with the address: Login2@yourmusic.com
instead of taking you to the customer service form that doesn't work.

SO everyone who is having the same problems, go back and send them an email telling them about it! Being persistent and annoying really works!

I still can't log in, but at least I have a way to contact them.
