I received no further responses from the website in regards to the payment. I completed all the tasks listed, referral and surveys, and know enough people who would not mind getting paid to refer people to the website and fill out surveys. I just wanted to make sure I am doing everything correctly or receive some response on the website, like when I first did when I met the referral requirements. Now there is no website, it shows up as suspended and there is no response. I have seen similar websites on the interenet, I am not sure if the are owned by the same person/company. I am just doing my part in helping to resport this.
