Found charges on my CC from this company i did not knowingly authorize. tried to call company, just got a phone bot. emailed company filed complaint with CC company. I think this came about from a sales survey though a major airlines to get miles on the airline for taking surveys on products. they say i may have agreed to the charge in the small print. have contacted company to d/c charges and filed fraud charges.

got a letter from the Omaha BBB. The company says I authorized the charges but the email they cited was not one I ever used. The company did refund the charges, but i think they charge under several suspicious circumstances and when caught, refund the money so they cannot be accused of any type of fraud, in the mean time they collect as much as they can till caught.

Call you CC company, also complain to the BBB and send a copy to the Ohama Attorney General Office of your complain as well as the vast number of complaints on Ripoff report.

Follow up with your complaint with the BBB and the Ohama Attorney General's Office.
