Complaint Review: Youthful Essence By Susan Lucci

My wife has asked for this company -Youthful Essence by Susan Lucci - to stop the automatic delivery and automatic payment deductions for several months. They do not. They deduct varying amounts to avoid the bank from stopping payments.

We want the last 2 months deductions credited, and for the
automatic delivery and automatic payments. I wonder if Susan Lucci is aware that this company, apparently associated with Guthy-Renker, participates in these deceitful business practices.

I would think companies like these, otherwise reputable
and well known companies would not allow these practices
to continue.
