I was contacted repeatedly by Sheryl D Fleming a sadvertising sales person at Yellowpages.com.She offered me this so called fantastic deal to advertise my company online for 425.00 for a total of 4 months.I accepted the 4 month contract by doing the agreement verbally over the phone.Big mistake!!.They where still billing my credit card on the 5th month at 425.00 per month.
At he end of the 4 months i received an email from Sheryl D Fleming asking if i wanted to continue advertising with them and i said no!!!I explained there advertising had done absolutely nothing to increase my business.I received several other calls from two other sales reps at YP.com trying to sell me there advertising after this and again i explained to them that there advertising was worthless and had not increased my business at all.The rep took the time and looked at my account and said he could see i had received 30 to 36 calls a month in response to my ad.I suppose he figured that was alot.I get between 100 and 150 calls a day from my other advertising campaigns obviously YP.com wasnt doing anything for me othere then taking my money.
YP.com is a worthless advertising expense.Dont waste your money on there advertising and further they are deceptive sales people.They do not send you a written contract that you can read or email it to you.They read the contract over the phone and you agree to the terms then they do what they want.Beware yellow page ads are worthless in todays internet community.If you rely on your web advertising to get business dont even speak to YP.com
To make there poor advertising services even worse they are a total RIP OFF!!!!
