YP.com will never cancel any service or product they CLAIM to have with you.

YP.com will never adapt any service properly, but will claim to continually.

YP.com will not take down any ad, even after you request your ad taken down for six months.

YP.com will list the wrong phone number for many many months to your business and never change it propely to the right number.

YP.com will confirm your cancellation of service, then continue to bill you, and illegally try to keep collecting on a crfedit card.

yp.Com has multiple vendor merchant accounts, in multiple states, and uses them with deception to the business, the consumer, and the vendor merchant account provider to commit overpayments, continue a six months eerrvice, collect on a cancelled one year servicde, and or any other error, or omission they can try to allow.

YP.com wil continually pay for BBB acceditation, DNB Memberships, so long as it can keep collecting.

YP.com publishes no cancellation number, no account modification number, and only send a billing number in form of an invoice so that you will never be able to cancell, correct or change your service.

YP.com uses a standard continuation clause in all advertising to make sure it can collect for even a worthless ineffectgive service for much longer than the contract initial term.

YP. com will claimn it has marketing experts in multiple trade and services area to help you grow your business, then they will skew the keyword situation, and later you will be in competiton with many businesses completely devaluing any advertsing they claim you had purchased.

YP. weill refuse to stop calling the cell phone, refuse that it ever made any errors, refuse anyone to change incorrect insormation, and has no customer service system to do so.

YP. com will claim marketing savvy, then commit so many errors to the service, claim to fix anything, but change nothing.

YP.com employee agreed to cancel in six months the service on a CD tape, but has two other written contracts nobody signs, all three contracts are legally in conflict with each other.

YP. Com will not cancel your services and will continue for far past any contract they say they have.

YP.com enployees will charge your credit cards repeatedly when they are not supposed to continually.

YP.Com through some sort of paid arrangement, will report to DNB or other equifax services under possibly up to 6 names from 8 locations.

YP.Com will continually stalk you on your cell phone, continually charge your credit card from multiple locations.

Yp. com will put over 30 competitors against you in one listing, half of them not even legal ligitimate business, and try to force YOU or your company to pay for it. YP.com, was BBB acedited in september of 2014. That costs 300.00 per year, no other BBB referral will help except if they pay the accediuted business fee.

YP.COM may be some form of the bankrupt RH Donelly and multiple class action lawsuits that cause them to be accused of insider trading, tax fraud, and multiple unfaiur trade practice lawsuits from 2003 through 2009.
