Complaint Review: YQ premium 2 sale

 I ordered elegant wedges shoes from web page garyjcambell.co.uk, a webshop advertised as Isabel Marant outlet. The price was 191GBP. The design is several years old so I thought it could be quite cheaper than new arrivals, as offered on this page. After finishing a transaction, I didn't get any email confirming my order, what is obligatory and usual for online shopping. Several days later, I received a letter saying that my order is ready to be shipped and that the Company name YQpremium2sale will apear on creditcard notice. A week later I received wedge sneakers made of plastic and rubber. They smell of cheap materials and glue. I tryied to contact customer service (what is possibile only trough inner form on the web page), no one responded. Than I used an email that they used to let me know my order was shipped. Someone named Cindy started sending me emails saying she is sorry for the misunderstanding and I could keep the shoes and they can refund 10%. I didn't accept anything she offered. I want to send the shoes back and receive full refund. The address on the package is some district in China.No street address or number. Only a name of certain WUJIAN ZHOU is undersigned, he guarantees that the package doesn't contain dangerous staff. I deactivated my credit card, applied a report in the bank for unauthorized usage of my credit card, as I payed to some UK webshop not Chinese YQpremium2sale. I also reported this to the police as internet fraudery I contacted the Isabel Marant company. Now I hope that I will get my money back and stop this kind of immoral people to stay in bussiness.
