Complaint Review: Yuancong Chen at AliExpress

This has been our first (and last) experience using AliExpress. We ordered a hockey jersey February 2015 for our son using his own money.

We were told the jersey was not available and we'd be issued a refund.

It is July 2015. We have had repeated email converstions with the seller in which he guarantees a refund. We have no refund.

We attempted to file a compalint and open a dispute on the AliExpress website. It will not allow us to do so.

We have been in contact four times with Western Union. They encouraged us to contact the police and file a report.

We have talked to the police. Their response is, "This is fraud."

Interestingly, Yuancong Chen still has the same merhandise listed on his site for sale. Almost six months later and he is continuing to advertise merchandise he does not have.

Learn from our experience, do not attempt to purchase anything from Yuancong Chen! Do not use AliExpress.
