I ordered a product on December 2, 2017 that was listed as “in stock”.  They charged my credit card that day and there is no update on the status of my order on their website.  I have reached out 4 times via email with no respone.  The link to email them from their website doesn’t work when copied and pastead.  Their voicemail is always “full” or is temporarily unavailable.  I purchase a lot of items for my pets and have never received such horrible or non-existant customer service.  I have never filed an online report but I am eztremely frusterated at this point.  I plan to file a claim with my credit card and have them take the money back and will also be filing a complain with the better business bureau.  

All of you pet lovers, DO NOT purchase anything from this vendor.  It is a complete rip off.  Go to (((REDACTED))), etc..  They are all reputable and have wonderful customer service.  They are responsive and have wonderful, quality products.
