I placed an order with Yves Rocher on 2/2/2006 I sent a check and on 2/10/06 it was cashed by them in the amount of $32.05. I then waited 2 weeks more and have not recieved my order. So i called to check on it and the lady i talked to said i would get it within 2 weeks, still nothing. Then i called back and a guy i talked to said they never recieved payment. Needless to say i was shocked. He said i had to fax a copy of the cashed check. Well, then i called back an hour later and talked to a lady named Marline and she said "oh yeah we have your payment and we will ship your order the next day" So i said ok and hung up and waited 4 more days and decided to check to make sure it was shipped... So i call back and the guy answered again and guess what, he says there was no record of my payment AGAIN! At that time I asked to speak to a manager and he gave me the run around saying someone would call me back.. Yeah right.. 2 more days, no call. So i call again, now i get a lady named Megan (it is now 3/23/06) and she tells me my order will "FOR SURE" be shipped on Monday the 27th.. Well, I call again today to get the tracking number and the guy (he will not give me his name) says there is no record of my payment AGAIN!!! I have had it I need some help on this matter, They have the worst customer service i have ever dealt with! I feel they are trying to rip me off. It is pathetic too, it is only $32.05!!
I would not recommend buying from this company ever!
All I wanted was my order.....

Since I wrote about this company They rushed my order to me (Overnighted from Canada) and everything was in it as promised. So they did keep thier promise. Thank you Rip Off Report!
But Yves Rocher still has very poor customer service.. Especially the guy that anwsers the phone.. He needs to be fired.
