Complaint Review: Z - 57 Internet Solutions San Deigo CA

I signed up with Z-57 in August 2016  to manage my internet leads, Post on my facebook weekly. They stopped posting 2 months after I signed up. There are no records from Facebook going back to October 2016. ( Failure to perform).

I'm told I should sue them for $50,000. 

After 9 attempts to get the action, they started to call me back. they told me that the first time that I called them to Cancel my service was August 2017. So they then would refund me back to that date. ( I told them that was not fair and they asked me to settle.) 

My Numbers were $2700 dollars. They gave me $2100 dollars back. Here is where it gets tricky. The numbers I had did not have December in it. When I opened my statement today they hit my card another $109.99 x 2- Yes, another $220.00.
