This Company Z painting and Interiors in Pompano beach has been called about their employee being a drug user and drunk with a bad standing wherever he is. The owner was notified regarding his behavior and the fact that the company van has been seen in a questionable drug area. Apparently the owner does not care of the future consequences of this individuals erratic behavior as he is still employed there and the complaint was treated has a hoax. Beware if you hire them. I am sure this does not apply to the entire company, only the drunk drug addict who works there.

I am John Lytle, the owner of Z Painting and Remodeling. A prior employee, Jason, was a tenant of the woman that filed this report. The details of her unpleasant experience was that she claimed my employee left the room she rented to him without paying a utility bill and partial rent for the last month he occupied the room. She contacted me several months back stating that she knew my employee was using drugs I believe in an attempt to get him fired. I had him drug tested on two different occasions at Medstar Medical Clinic located at 3501 N. Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach 954-785-5411. I do conduct random drug testing for all of my employees and have a zero tolerance policy in effect, as is stated clearly on my website under employment opportunities. This employee does not work for my company today due to other unrelated circumstances. He was an exemplary employee during his tenure with us and was actually one of my hardest working guys. I run an extremely professional organization and take a great deal of pride in the individuals that work for me.
I have never done any work for the author of this report nor have I even met her. It is unfortunate for business owners that individuals can post anything on this site and that there is no staff for the site that even makes an attempt to verify the legitimacy of the claim or even notify the company that a report has been filed against them.
