I've been a customer with Ztel. My phone was shut off for non payment. They told me that I have to pay the past due to have service restored. Which is fine and I paid that and advised me It will take 72 business hours.

So i waited for that long...Never came on. Then i called the next business day to see why it isnt on. They advised me that I have to pay an additional $30 for restoring the service in order to have the service again.

Which is a rip off...my phn was suspended for non paymnt in the past and never paid the $30 in advance. Customer Service never told me in the begining when i was paying the past due amnt by phn...So i was disputing with a C/S rep of why i have to pay for that and I was never advised..I recvd countless apologies.

Now get this during the dispute of the restore fee my phone was deactivated or account was closed. Now they told me I have to pay the $30 of restoring the service plus an Additional 300 bucks to have the service reactive and wait 72 hours more to have service again...THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF!! STAY AWAY FROM ZTEL....STAY WITH VERIZON!!!....
